Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec (1864 -1901) was an important French painter and graphic artist of the Post-Impressionist era towards the end of the 19th century. He became particularly well known for his poster art and designs, especially his work for the Moulin Rouge variety theatre in Montmartre, Paris.
